Bajrangi Bhaijaan box office collection: Salman Khan’s film breaks Dhoom 3′s record, becomes the 2nd highest grosser of all time!

The film is now inching close to the 300-crore mark

After the brilliant run of Kabir Khan’s latest release, Bajrangi Bhaijaan starring Salman Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Harshaali Malhotra has been enjoying, it is not surprising to know that it has broken a hell lot of records and is at it yet again. The film raked in Rs 9.07 on Sunday bringing the total domestic collection to Rs 292.23 crore on its third weekend leaving Dhoom 3 behind which had brought in Rs 277.59 crore in the same time span.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared BB’s collection on Tiwtter. He tweeted, “#BajrangiBhaijaan continues its VICTORY march. Is UNSTOPPABLE [Week 3] Fri 4.11 cr, Sat 6.80 cr, Sun 9.07 cr. Total: Rs 292.23 cr. ATBB.”

This makes Bajrangi Bhaijaan the second highest grosser of all time after PK which had earned Rs 320 crore (approx) by its third weekend. Informing the same, Adarsh tweeted, “#BajrangiBhaijaan crosses #Dhoom3. Emerges 2nd HIGHEST grosser [after #PK]. Heading towards Rs 300 cr… Hindi films. India biz.”

However, the film’s market is expected to drop a little, now that Nishikant Kamat’s Ajay Devgn starrer is picking up pace due to positive word of mouth. Stay tuned for more box office updates right here on, BollywoodLife.
